cop out – to be a coward and shy away from a difficult task or from doing the right thing.

fo schizzle – your guess is as good as mine. Seriously, I have no idea.

sock puppet, sock puppetry – Puppetry performed with puppets made from old socks. Alternately, it refers to a false online persona created by someone suffering from insecurity and who needs “someone else” to help defend his opinions online. By creating a sock puppet, he create an online army of (fake) yes-men.
